Who Are We
The company had been founded by one African woman from previously disadvantaged rural background. The high demand of Security services, Security Training, Building construction and Supply of all materials including the government’s policies of Black Empowerment and Employment Equity Act influenced the director to start this Business. The director’s full names are Munzhelele Nditsheni Julia. I’m equipped with a wide range of advanced academic records obtained from different educational institutions with professional experience under the security industrial which also includes guarding and retail security. Over the past years of our existence, we have been obtaining accreditation from other education sectors so as to ensure that we contribute to skills development in society

We are eager to ensure that business staff members and the director will never rest until all the long term, short term and medium term objectives are accomplished. The company wants to achieve its vision by achieving the following;
. Ensuring skills transfer to about 3000 unemployed youth in South Africa in a period of five years.
. To be incorporated into a Private Company (Pty) Ltd.
. Create more employment opportunities for unemployed youth in South Africa.
. To win 70% market shares in our field of focus in the whole South Africa.
. To invest more in fixed property and on economy.

Why Choose Us?
Charity begins at home. Our company will put the idea of supporting disabled on its introduction lines of the business administration book. We’ll identified several charity organizations and put them in our database for the main purpose of supporting them in future. By so doing, we are sure that will be investing properly for the permanent operation of our business. We would like to train more unemployed youth skills such as, health skill development, paving, building, renovation, carpentry and Entrepreneurship in general, by doing so, we will be equipped them with enough skills that can assist them to create jobs for themselves. Our company would also get involved in the development of sports in South Africa as one of the measures to keep youth out of the streets.
Our company is always evaluated monthly using the reports which was compiled by the management of the organization. If the organization refuses to reach their expected objectives then we’ll use to rectify the mistake and execute the new plan in order to reach our main objective of satisfying the needs of the customer.
We offer Grade E,D,C,B,A Security courses. course are offered from 1 – 3 weeks depending on what the student is studying.Contact for more info.
